Terra Fantastica Publishing House: A Russian book publisher. Unknown if publisher is accepting manuscripts at this time. They appear to be busy catching up on reprints of older works. 5/28/07: appears to be defunct.

Twilight Publishing: reported defunct: "a new UK based epublisher. We are a royalty paying company with a policy of never charging our authors for anything."

Twilight Times Books: Recommended. An electronic book publisher. "publisher of fine speculative fiction and New Age books. Promoting excellence in writing and great literature."

Two Dog Press: publishes books of poetry and books about dogs.
