Uphill Publishing Company: Not recommended. A book publisher.
Uprising Media Group: A publisher focused on developing new fiction and select non-fiction, primarily for digital distribution.
UPSO: A vanity publisher. P&E is not hearing good things about this one. Caution is clearly advised. 6/3/09: The latest word is they went bankrupt.
