Binnacle Press: "We have just created a new website for fellow authors to promote their work on a totally free basis. We invite writers to send us their cover art, a little information about their work and the link to their sales page - we do not ask for a link-back or payment of any kind. We also list books from Amazon as an associate, and this is how we raise any funds and once we find the perfect software we will also be considering expanding into Royalty-paying ebook publication."
"We pride ourselves on having morals and ethics and as a writer myself (my first book was published last month) I know what a minefield it is to find somewhere honest and decent to promote your work. We are a small site at the moment and we are working all to time to increase our size."
BLOSM.com: "a web community and marketplace for writers, literary agents, the reading public, and book publishers, where aspiring writers upload their unpublished works to our site, and literary fans read and rate them."
Bluemorph's Book Review: Info about books, authors and what the book is about. Link broken.
Blurbings.com: A site that sells blurbs for books. P&E saw no statements, standards, or other criteria about quality control that might insure the process delivers useful blurbs to its customers. We hope that will be addressed.
Book Browser: Recommended. A book review site.
Book Hall of Fame Literary Reviews: Charges fee. Not recommended. A book review site targeting writers.
Book Marketing Update: Marketing and promotional resource site. Has excellent list of "On Demand Publishers."

Book Publicity: "Literary publicist specializing in authors from Texas and authors touring Texas. Services include getting your book reviewed, launched, and nominated for awards that attract your audience. Also media attention, author tours, signings, and finding the right conferences, book fairs and connections to further your book's distribution options."
Book Reviews by Danny Yee: Recommended. A book review site.
Book Shopping Network, The: "...will be starting its' pilot program to assist authors who have written books and are looking for affordable ways to market and sell their books. The pilot program is open to all authors including those who have self-published." The amount of stock they request is too little, even with constant resupplies at (presumably) the author's expense, for this promotion and marketing program to work in the author's favor. Caution strongly advised.
Book Swede, The: A site featuring book reviews and interviews.
BookAdz.com: "Promotes Canadian and American Writers. Writers WRITE...BookAdz.com PROMOTES!"
BookBrowse: A site featuring book reviews, interviews, and other features. Looks interesting.
Bookgasm: A site featuring book reviews, news, and other interesting notes. Based on its format, looks like a winner.
bookhitch.com: Offers free promotion to all authors along with selling other services. P&E does not see this site as focal to the reading and buying public. P&E recommends that authors use the free service for at least six months or longer to evaluate its effectiveness before investing in any of its premium promotion offers.
Bookie Monster: A site featuring book reviews along with interviews and news. Appears interesting.
Booklist: A book review site.
BookReview: Charges fee. Not recommended. A site featuring book reviews along with interviews and news.

BookStorePromotion.com: Looks like a promotion business that needs a clue on how to promote books to retailers. Their efforts appear to be using the shotgun method.
Booksville Literary Review: A book reviewer. No longer charges any fees.
Bookviews: Recommended. A site featuring book reviews. P&E is impressed by the site's policies permitting reprints.
Boston Book Review: A book review site.
Bridge Learning Systems: "Sidney P. Bloomberg, Worldwide Author/Artist Marketer." Appears to be a publicity and marketing service.
Buzz Reviews: Features book reviews. Link reported broken.
