Magnifi Group: Not recommended as an ad agency. Although not strictly a promotional outfit in the advertising-freelance-copywriting world, they have attempted to do some on the side it appears. This agency wants all rights for work, yet reserves the right to make changes to ad content while retaining the author's byline.
Manic Readers: "provide free Author Pages to authors to help them promote their books. Our site caters to readers by allowing authors and publishers to list their books, blurbs, excerpts, and buy links on our site."
Michael LaRocca's Books OnLine Directory: Features an excellent Book Critiques and Book Reviews Directory. Link reported broken.
Midwest Book Review: A book review site with excellent resources as well.
